भाइयों-बहनों,

आज आप सबके बीच आकर मन में खुशी का एक भाव है, अलग ही भाव है।

साथियों,

चंडीगढ़ केवल एक शहर नहीं है, ये भारत के लिए development का एक मॉडल रहा है। चंडीगढ़ जाना जाता है, व्यवस्थित विकास के लिए, चंडीगढ़ की पहचान है, बेहतर लाइफस्टाइल के लिए, ease of living के लिए। चंडीगढ़ की पहचान है, चिकित्सा की बेहतर सुविधाओं के संबंध में और इस सबके साथ-साथ चंडीगढ़ की पहचान है, माँ चंडी का आशीर्वाद। और इसलिए, चंडीगढ़ का विकास हमेशा से NDA सरकार की प्राथमिकता रहा है। आपको ध्यान होगा, डेढ़ साल पहले देश ने न्याय व्यवस्था में बहुत बड़ा सुधार किया है। हम दंड संहिता की जगह भारतीय न्याय संहिता लेकर आए हैं। भारतीय न्याय संहिता यानी, दंड आधारित क़ानूनों की जगह न्याय आधारित कानूनी व्यवस्था। और तब भारतीय न्याय संहिता लागू करने की शुरुआत चंडीगढ़ से ही हुई थी।

साथियों,

बीते वर्षों में इंटीग्रेटेड कमांड एंड कंट्रोल सेंटर, स्मार्ट ट्रैफिक मैनेजमेंट, स्मार्ट पार्किंग और डिजिटल गवर्नेंस, चंडीगढ़ को हाइटेक बनाने के लिए ऐसे कितने ही प्रोजेक्ट्स पर काम हुआ है। ढाई हजार करोड़ से ज्यादा रुपए इस मिशन में खर्च हुये हैं। आज भी यहाँ हेल्थ, एजुकेशन और इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर से जुड़े विकास के कई काम शुरू हो रहे हैं। मैं इनके लिए सभी चंडीगढ़ वासियों को बधाई देता हूं।

साथियों,

यहाँ आने से पहले मैं हरियाणा के जींद में था और यहां से इसके बाद मुझे पंजाब के विकास कार्यों के लिए जालंधर जाना है। इन दोनों कार्यक्रमों के बीच आज ये चंडीगढ़ का कार्यक्रम हो रहा है। क्योंकि हमारा चंडीगढ़, हरियाणा, पंजाब, हिमाचल, इस पूरे क्षेत्र को जोड़ता है। चंडीगढ़ के विकास से चंडीगढ़ के लोगों का जीवन तो बदलता ही है, साथ ही हरियाणा, हिमाचल, पंजाब और जम्मू कश्मीर के लोगों को भी इससे बहुत लाभ होता है। चिकित्सा सेवाओं के लिए तो चंडीगढ़ इस पूरे क्षेत्र में एक बड़ा हब है।

साथियों,

जब मैं चंडीगढ़ रहता था, तो मुझे कई बार PGI जाना होता था और कारण क्या? तो कोई ना कोई हमारे साथी या उनका परिवार चाहे जम्मू कश्मीर का हो, पंजाब का हो, हिमाचल का हो, हरियाणा का हो, कोई ना कोई बीमार यहां आते थे, तो मेरा मिलने जाना बड़ा स्वाभाविक रहता था। और इसलिए मुझे पता है कि इस पूरे क्षेत्र के लोगों के लिए ये आरोग्य की दृष्टि से एक बड़ा महत्वपूर्ण केंद्र रहा है।

साथियों,

आज यहाँ चंडीगढ़ PGI में एडवांस्ड हेल्थकेयर फैसिलिटीज़ का विस्तार हो रहा है। यहाँ एडवांस न्यूरो-साइन्स सेंटर, एडवांस मदर एंड चाइल्ड सेंटर और क्रिटिकल केयर हॉस्पिटल ब्लॉक, ये प्रोजेक्ट्स लाखों लोगों को इलाज की और बेहतर सुविधा देंगे। मुझे याद है, 2015 में, मैं चंडीगढ़ PGI के दीक्षांत समारोह में आया था। और मुझे खुशी है कि आज मुझे वर्चुअली भी वहां के सब पुराने साथियों से मिलने का अवसर मिल रहा है। तब से अब तक इस दशक में PGI की क्षमताओं में बड़ा विस्तार हुआ है। मैं PGI चंडीगढ़ के मैनेजमेंट की, यहाँ के प्रोफेसर्स और युवा डॉक्टर्स की सराहना करता हूं, उन्हें अपनी शुभकामनाएं देता हूं।

साथियों,

जब हम स्वास्थ्य की बात करते हैं, तो हम सब जानते हैं कि इसमें स्वच्छता की कितनी बड़ी भूमिका है और इसलिए जब हमारी सरकार बनी थी, तब हमने देश के लिए ‘स्वच्छ भारत मिशन’ लॉन्च किया था। देश में करोड़ों शौचालय बनाए गए, भारत को खुले में शौच से मुक्त कराया गया, सार्वजनिक स्थानों की स्वच्छता के लिए अभियान चलाये गए, सफाई हमारी जीवनशैली का हिस्सा बने, इसके लिए अलग-अलग initiatives शुरू किए गए। हमारे शहरों की स्वच्छ भारत रैंकिंग इसी प्रयास का हिस्सा है और चंडीगढ़ इसमें बेहतर प्रदर्शन का प्रयास भी करता रहता है।

साथियों,

मैं आज चंडीगढ़ के रिटायर्ड IPS अधिकारी इंदरजीत सिंह सिद्धू जी की भी सराहना करना चाहूँगा। उनकी पहचान ‘ब्रूम वारीयर’ की बनी हुई है। उन्होंने चंडीगढ़ में स्वच्छता को लेकर एक नई अलख जगाई है, लोगों को प्रेरित किया है। इसके लिए हमारी सरकार ने उन्हें इस साल पद्म सम्मान से भी सम्मानित किया है।

साथियों,

स्वच्छता कोई एक दिन का काम नहीं है, स्वच्छता तो जीवन जीने का तरीका है। और मुझे खुशी है कि स्वच्छता को आज के इस कार्यक्रम से भी जोड़ा गया। आज यहां स्वच्छता से स्वागत, इस पहल के तहत विशेष सफाई अभियान चलाया गया। और मैं देख रहा था सोशल मीडिया में सारे लीडर लोग भी और जनता जनार्दन भी सफाई के काम में लगी थी। देश के अंदर एक खुशी का माहौल था, इन सारी चीजों को देखकर के। चंडीगढ़ के सभी भाई-बहनों को मैं इसके, इस पहल के लिए व्यक्तिगत रूप से बड़े गर्व के साथ आप सबको बधाई देता हूं।

साथियों,

स्वच्छता के ऐसे अभियान देश में अनेक रोगों की रोकथाम में बहुत मददगार साबित हुए हैं।

एक समय था, भारत के हेल्थ सेक्टर पर पूरी दुनिया चिंता जताती थी। किसी बड़ी आपदा का अंदेशा होता था, तो लोग सवाल उठाने लगते थे कि भारत में क्या होगा? कोरोना के समय में हमने देखा है कि कैसे भारत ही विश्व की चिंताओं का केंद्र था। लेकिन हमारी सरकार ने भारत का सामर्थ्य भी बदला और विश्व का नजरिया भी बदला। जब कोरोना महामारी आई, तो भारत मदद मांगने वाला देश नहीं था, बल्कि भारत दुनिया को मदद भेज रहा था। आज कितने ही देशों से लोग गंभीर बीमारियों के इलाज के लिए भारत आते हैं। भारत मेडिकल टूरिज़्म का बड़ा डेस्टिनेशन बनकर उभर रहा है।

साथियों,

ये बदलाव पिछले 12 वर्षों की ईमानदार कोशिशों और नीतियों का परिणाम है। 12 साल पहले हमने संकल्प लिया था, हमारे देश के लोग स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के अभाव में नहीं जियेंगे, हमारे देश के लोगों को इलाज की बेहतर सुविधाएं मिलेगी और कम कीमत में मिलेंगी। पिछले 12 वर्षों की देश की सफलता इसी संकल्प का परिणाम है। बीते वर्षों में भारत ने अपने हेल्थकेयर इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर का तेजी से विस्तार किया है। 2014 के बाद देश में 15 नए AIIMS को मंजूरी दी गई है। आज देश के अलग-अलग हिस्सों में नए AIIMS काम कर रहे हैं। देशभर में सैकड़ों नए मेडिकल कॉलेजों की स्थापना की गई है। कैंसर जैसी गंभीर बीमारियों के इलाज के लिए speciality hospitals की संख्या भी बढ़ी है। यहाँ चंडीगढ़ में भी, होमी भाभा कैंसर हॉस्पिटल बना है, यहां से थोड़ी दूरी पर। 2022 में मुझे इसके लोकार्पण का अवसर मिला था। आज ये हॉस्पिटल हजारों मरीजों की सेवा कर रहा है।

साथियों,

गाँव-गाँव में प्राइमरी हेल्थकेयर सुविधाओं के विकास पर भी ध्यान दिया जा रहा है। हर स्तर पर हेल्थ सिस्टम मजबूत हो, इसके लिए आयुष्मान भारत हेल्थ इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर मिशन शुरू किया गया है। इसके तहत देशभर में क्रिटिकल केयर ब्लॉक्स, इंटीग्रेटेड पब्लिक हेल्थ लैब्स और पब्लिक हेल्थ यूनिट्स जैसी सुविधाओं का नेटवर्क तैयार हुआ है। आज शहरी और ग्रामीण इलाकों से लेकर जनजातीय क्षेत्रों तक देश में करीब पौने दो लाख आयुष्मान आरोग्य मंदिर भी काम कर रहे हैं। आरोग्य मंदिरों में प्राइमरी इलाज की सुविधाएं तो हैं ही, साथ ही,12 अलग-अलग हेल्थ पैकेज सर्विस भी यहाँ मिल रही हैं। इनमें करोड़ों लोगों की ब्लड प्रेशर और ड़ायबिटीज़ जैसी बीमारियों की स्क्रीनिंग हुई है।

साथियों,

हमारी सरकार तकनीक के जरिए भी इलाज को सुगम बना रही है। हमने ई-संजीवनी मिशन के जरिए telemedicine की सुविधा शुरू की। इसके तहत आज देश में 48 करोड़ से ज्यादा telemedicine consultations हो चुके हैं। दूर-सुदूर इलाकों से भी लोग बड़े अस्पतालों से, डॉक्टर्स से परामर्श कर रहे हैं।

साथियों,

स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के इस विस्तार की वजह से आज देश में 90 प्रतिशत से अधिक institutional डिलीवरी हो रही हैं। हमारे यहाँ माता मृत्यु दर में 86 percent की कमी आई है। और शिशु मृत्यु दर में भी बड़ी गिरावट आई है।

साथियों,

बीमारियों के इलाज के साथ ही आज उतना ही फोकस Preventive Healthcare पर भी है। पोषण अभियान, मिशन इंद्रधनुष, योगा, H.P.V. Vaccination, U-WIN प्लेटफॉर्म, ऐसे कई अहम प्रयासों के कारण करोड़ों लोगों का जीवन सुरक्षित हो रहा है।

साथियों,

हमने देश को टीबी मुक्त बनाने का संकल्प भी लिया है। इसके लिए टीबी मुक्त भारत अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। जनभागीदारी के जरिए, जन-जन को जागरूक किया जा रहा है। समय से टीबी की स्क्रीनिंग कराई जा रही है। मरीजों को इलाज मुहैया कराया जा रहा है। इसी का परिणाम है, आज देश में टीबी का ट्रीटमेंट कवरेज 90 percent से ज्यादा हो गया है। पिछले साल आई WHO की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक 10 वर्षो के भीतर-भीतर टीबी संक्रमण भी इक्कीस प्रतिशत कम हुआ है। इन प्रयासों का सबसे बड़ा लाभ देश के गरीब को हो रहा है, इसका लाभ हमारे मिडिल क्लास को हो रहा है और ज्यादा लाभ हमारी माताओं-बहनों को हो रहा है। क्योंकि माताएं-बहनें परिवार के काम को प्राथमिकता देती हैं। बीमारी को सहन करना ये माताओं-बहनों ने जैसे अपना एक संस्कार बना दिया है। लेकिन यह प्रोएक्टिव प्रयासों के कारण माताओं-बहनों का स्क्रीनिंग हुआ, उनकी देखभाल की गई और आज टीबी मुक्त होने में हमारी माताओं-बहनों की संख्या बड़ी है। भारत में हेल्थ सर्विसेस अब प्रिविलेज नहीं, आज हेल्थ सर्विसेस देश के सामान्य नागरिक का अधिकार बन रही हैं।

साथियों,

हेल्थ सेक्टर पर सरकार के फोकस का बहुत बड़ा लाभ भारत के युवाओं को भी हुआ है। हमारे युवा डॉक्टर्स इस बात से परिचित होंगे, पहले डॉक्टर बनने का सपना कितना मुश्किल होता था, युवाओं को डॉक्टर बनने के पर्याप्त मौके ही नहीं मिलते थे, क्योंकि मेडिकल सीटों और मेडिकल कॉलेजों की संख्या बेहद कम थी। हमने इस परिस्थिति को भी बदला है। आज देश में मेडिकल कॉलेजों की संख्या लगभग दोगुनी हुई है। MBBS और Post Graduate सीटों में रिकॉर्ड बढ़ोतरी हुई है। और, अब तो चंडीगढ़ PGI में भी MBBS कॉलेज को मंजूरी दे दी गई है। जल्द ही यहां भी एडमिशन शुरू हो जाएंगे। इससे देश के कितने प्रतिभाशाली युवाओं को ऐसे टॉप इंस्टीट्यूट में पढ़ने का मौका मिलेगा। देश को बड़ी संख्या में बेस्ट डॉक्टर्स मिलेंगे।

साथियों,

चंडीगढ़ एक ऐसा शहर है, जहां एजुकेशन, इंजीनियरिंग, मेडिकल साइंस और रिसर्च से जुड़े बड़े संस्थान एक साथ मौजूद हैं। बहुत कम शहरों के पास ऐसा सामर्थ्य होता है। आने वाले समय में यही संस्थान नई टेक्नोलॉजी, हेल्थकेयर, स्टार्टअप्स और इनोवेशन के बड़े केंद्र बन सकते हैं। आज एजुकेशन से जुड़ी कई महत्वपूर्ण परियोजनाएं भी इस यात्रा को नई गति दे रही हैं। पंजाब इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज में कुरुक्षेत्र बॉयज़ हॉस्टल एंड मेस का उद्घाटन हुआ है। सेक्टर-46 के गवर्नमेंट कॉलेज के लिए नया हॉस्टल भी तैयार हुआ है। रिसर्च स्कॉलर्स हॉस्टल की नींव भी रखी गई है। हमारा प्रयास है कि हमारे युवाओं को रिसर्च के लिए बेहतर लैब्स, बेहतर फैकल्टी मिले। जब रिसर्च का माहौल मजबूत होगा, तब इनोवेशन भी तेज होगा। आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस, सेमीकंडक्टर, एडवांस्ड मैन्युफैक्चरिंग और डीप-टेक, ऐसी सभी टेक्नोलॉजी में हमें भारत को आगे लेकर जाना है। मुझे पूरा विश्वास है कि चंडीगढ़ के एजुकेशन इंस्टिट्यूट्स, यहां के शिक्षक और यहां के युवा इस दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएंगे।

साथियों,

इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर का विकास किसी भी देश की आर्थिक प्रगति का रोडमैप होता है। इसलिए, पहली बार देश में इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर को holistic approach के साथ विकसित किया जा रहा है। आज चंडीगढ़ में कनेक्टिविटी को लेकर भी कई शुभारंभ हुए हैं। आईटी सिटी से कुराली तक छह लेन वाले ग्रीनफील्ड हाईवे का उद्घाटन हुआ है। इससे एयरपोर्ट रोड पर दबाव कम होगा, मोहाली और खरड़ के लोगों को जाम से राहत मिलेगी। अंबाला-चंडीगढ़ ग्रीनफील्ड हाईवे से ‘पी.आर. सेवन स्पर’ इसकी आधारशिला भी रखी गई है। ऐसे सभी विकास कार्यों से उद्योग और कारोबार को गति मिलेगी। हमारे चंडीगढ़ में Ease of Living और बेहतर होगी।

साथियों,

रीजनल कनेक्टिविटी पर फोकस बढ़ाते हुए, आज जालंधर में रेलवे से जुड़े प्रोजेक्ट्स का भी लोकार्पण होने वाला है। इसका लाभ पंजाब के साथ-साथ इस पूरे क्षेत्र को होगा। साथ ही, आज हरियाणा के जींद से, जींद से सोनीपत के लिए देश की पहली हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन भी शुरू हुई है। क्लीन फ्यूल पर चलने वाली ये ट्रेन एक बहुत बड़ी शुरुआत है। मैं इसके लिए भी आप सभी को और देशवासियों को बधाई देता हूँ।

साथियों,

विकसित भारत की यात्रा में हमें फ्यूचर की टेक्नोलॉजी पर, फ्यूचर के ट्रांसपोर्टेशन पर और फ्यूचर की हेल्थ सर्विसेस पर, इसी आधुनिक सोच के साथ आगे बढ़ना है। हमें ऐसे फैसले लेने हैं, जिनका लाभ वर्तमान पीढ़ी को तो मिले ही मिले, आने वाली पीढ़ियों को भी मिलता रहे। हमें ऐसे संस्थान बनाने हैं, जो समय के साथ और मजबूत हो जाएं। बीजेपी-एनडीए सरकार, इसी दिशा में तेजी से आगे बढ़ रही है। मैं चंडीगढ़, पंजाब, हरियाणा, हिमाचल और इस पूरे क्षेत्र के लोगों को इन नई परियोजनाओं के लिए फिर से बहुत-बहुत बधाई देता हूं। आप सबका बहुत-बहुत धन्यवाद। मेरे साथ बोलिए- भारत माता की जय। भारत माता की जय। भारत माता की जय।

Highlighting the city’s unique status as an exemplary model for systematic national progress, he emphasized its reputation for ensuring a better lifestyle and ease of living. Acknowledging the divine grace of Maa Chandi over the region, he reaffirmed the ruling administration’s unwavering commitment to its continuous, structured growth. “The development of Chandigarh has always been the absolute priority of the current government,“ asserted Shri Modi.

Recalling the historic and massive overhaul of the nation’s justice system implemented a year and a half ago, the Prime Minister pointed out the transition from punitive colonial laws to a justice-oriented framework. “The implementation of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita began from Chandigarh itself,“ observed Shri Modi.

Detailing the financial investments made to modernize the urban landscape, the Prime Minister listed transformative initiatives such as the Integrated Command and Control Center, Smart Traffic Management, and Digital Governance. Congratulating the residents on the inauguration of health, education, and infrastructure projects, he highlighted the massive capital infusion driving these futuristic upgrades. “More than two and a half thousand crore rupees have been spent on this mission to make the city high-tech,“ noted Shri Modi.

Charting his extensive daily itinerary dedicated to regional advancement, the Prime Minister mentioned his prior engagement in Jind, Haryana, and his upcoming visit to Jalandhar, Punjab. He framed his current stop as a vital geographic and administrative bridge seamlessly linking the neighboring states. “Our Chandigarh effectively connects both Haryana and Punjab,“ remarked Shri Modi.

हरियाणा के राज्यपाल श्री असीम घोष जी, यहां के लोकप्रिय और ऊर्जावान मुख्यमंत्री नायब सिंह सैनी जी, केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल में मेरे सहयोगी अश्विनी वैष्णव जी, उपस्थित अन्य जनप्रतिनिधिगण, और इस समय टेक्नोलॉजी के माध्यम से भी हरियाणा के अनेक स्थान पर उपस्थित सभी मेरे प्यारे हरियाणा के भाईयों और बहनों!

जींद की इस गौरवशाली भूमि से, आप सभी को मेरी राम-राम! आज इस पवित्र धरती पर आकर

मन गदगद हो गया है। यो कोई साधारण धरती नहीं सै। यो धरती इतिहास, वीरता, धर्म और गौरव की धरती सै। शक्ति पीठ माता जयंतियां का नाम और आशीर्वाद इस शहर पर बना रहता है। और मेरे लिए तो जींद आना, पुरानी यादों का झरोखा खोलने जैसा है। मैं यहां बैठे बैठे कई चेहरे देख रहा था पुराने, सारे परिचित चेहरे, बहुत लोगों ने तो क्लेम करते होंगे, कि मैं उनके स्कूटर पर जींद में आया करता था। कई दशक पहले, मैं संगठन के काम से पहली बार जींद आया था। फिर आप लोगों ने मुझे जो अपनत्व दिया, जो प्रेम दिया, वो आज तक मैं भूला नहीं हूं। मुर्रा भैंस का दूध-दही और घी, जींद का देसी बुरा, और यहां का घेवर, ये वो यादें हैं, जो जींद से जुड़ ही जाती हैं।

साथियों,

इतने वर्षों में जींद का घी और घेवर तो नहीं बदला, लेकिन जींद के तेवर बदल गए हैं। आज जींद, बीजेपी-एनडीए के सुशासन मॉडल की तस्वीर बन रहा है। बीते वर्षों में पूरा हरियाणा ही, विकास की नई पटरी पर चल पड़ा है। आज का ये कार्यक्रम, डबल इंजन की बीजेपी सरकार के इसी मिशन को, नई ऊर्जा से भर रहा है।

साथियों,

आज जींद का, हरियाणा का नाम इतिहास के पन्नों में दर्ज हो गया है। आज यहां से, देश को पहली हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन मिली है।

आपको याद होगा साथियों,

आज भी हम पढ़ते हैं, सुनते हैं कि भारत में पहली ट्रेन बॉम्बे से ठाणे के बीच चली थी, जिसे आज मुंबई कहते हैं। वैसे ही भविष्य में जब भी हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन का जिक्र आएगा, तो जींद का, सोनीपत का, हरियाणा का नाम भी आएगा ही आएगा। मैं आप सभी को, पूरे देश को, भारतीय रेल की आधुनिकता से जुड़े इस बड़े कदम के लिए, बहुत-बहुत बधाई देता हूं।

साथियों,

आज 14 हज़ार करोड़ रुपए से अधिक के अन्य प्रोजेक्ट्स भी हरियाणा को मिले हैं। इसमें रेलवे के, हाईवे के अनेक प्रोजेक्ट्स हैं, हमारी विरासत से जुड़े प्रोजेक्ट्स हैं, और दो नए मेडिकल कॉलेज भी हरियाणा की सेवा के लिए समर्पित हुए हैं। भिवानी में, पंडित नेकी राम शर्मा मेडिकल कॉलेज, और नारनौल में, महर्षि च्यवन मेडिकल कॉलेज और राव तुलाराम अस्पताल इससे हरियाणा की स्वास्थ्य सेवा और सशक्त होगी। साथ ही, इससे यहां के नौजवानों के लिए, डॉक्टर और अन्य मेडिकल प्रोफेशनल्स बनने के नए रास्ते भी बनेंगे। इन सभी प्रोजेक्ट्स के लिए भी हरियाणा के मेरे सभी भाई-बहनों को बहुत-बहुत बधाई।

साथियों,

आज जींद और हरियाणा के लोगों की मैं एक और बात के लिए सराहना करूंगा। स्वच्छता से स्वागत पहल को आपने जिस गंभीरता से लिया है, जिस तरह मेरे आने से पहले यहां के लोग स्वच्छता अभियान में नए सिरे से, नई ऊर्जा से जुटे हैं, वो दिल खुश कर देने वाला है। और मैं देख रहा था, पिछले एक सप्ताह से सोशल मीडिया मे आपका ये जो सफाई अभियान चल रहा है, उसकी भारी चर्चा रही है। लेकिन कुछ लोगों ने ये भी कहा है सोशल मीडिया में, मोदी जी आप बार-बार आइये, ताकि हमारा जींद स्वच्छ रहे। जिस महाशय ने ये भाव व्यक्त किया है, मैं उनका धन्यवाद करता हूं, लेकिन मैं जींद वालों से आज कुछ मांगने आया हूं। आप मुझे बताइये, क्या इस सफाई के लिए, ये स्वच्छता के लिए, मोदी का आना जरूरी है क्या? अगर जींद के लोग तय कर लें, हरियाणा के लोग तय कर लें, कि अब हम गंदगी नहीं करेंगे, तो जींद कभी गंदा होगा क्या? हरियाणा में गंदगी आएगी क्या? तो काम एक ही करना है, मोदी के आने कि जरूरत नहीं है, सिर्फ आप तय कर लीजिए, स्वच्छता ही हमारा स्वभाव बना देंगे, स्वच्छता ही हमारे संस्कार बना देंगे, हम स्वच्छता को इसी तरह अपनी हर दिन की जिंदगी का हिस्सा बनाएंगे।

साथियों,

अगर हम रेलवे के इतिहास पर नजर डालें, तो पाते हैं कि उन्नीसवीं सदी के रेलवे की पहचान स्टीम इंजन से बने थे। बीसवीं सदी की पहचान, डीजल और बिजली से चलने वाली रेल बनी, और अब इक्कीसवीं सदी की रेल हाइड्रोजन से चलने वाली है। आज भारतीय रेल ने भी, इक्कीसवीं सदी की इस टेक्नोल़ॉजी में एक बड़ा स्टेप लिया है। आज जींद से सोनीपत के बीच, हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन चली है। अभी ये सफर 90 किलोमीटर का है, लेकिन भविष्य में इसका विस्तार होने की बहुत संभावनाएं हैं। हम इस पर रिसर्च करते रहेंगे, लागत कम कैसे हो, इसका तरीका ढूंढते रहेंगे, efficiency कैसे बढ़े, इस पर काम करते रहेंगे, और बड़ी जांच पड़ताल करते-करते एक के बाद एक कदम उठाते जाएंगे। दुनिया में हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन अभी-अभी आई है, करीब 7-8 साल पहले ही अस्तित्व में आई है। अभी दुनिया के 3 या 4 देश ही हैं, जिनके पास हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन चलाने का सामर्थ्य है। और जिन देशों में अभी ऐसी हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन चल भी रही है, वहां बहुत शुरुआती दौर में है। लेकिन भारत की जो ये हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन है, उसके सामर्थ्य के बारे में सुनकर आपको भी गर्व होगा, एक-एक हिन्दुस्तानी को गर्व होगा।

साथियों,

जींद से सोनीपत को चलने वाली हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन दुनिया की, दुनिया की सबसे ताकतवर हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन है। ये हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन, बत्तीस सौ हॉर्स पावर की है। Three Thousand Two Hundred Horse Power और सबसे ताकतवर ही नहीं, भारत की हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन, सबसे लंबी भी है। दुनिया में जहां हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन चल रही है, वो तीन या चार कोच वाली हैं। और भारत ने पहली बार में सीधे 10 कोच वाली हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन चलाकर, दुनिया में अपना झंडा गाड़ दिया है।

साथियों,

मैं आपको गर्व की एक और बात बताना चाहता हूं। भारत की ये हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन, धुआं रहित तो है ही, ये मेक इन इंडिया का भी एक बहुत सफल उदहारण है। इस हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन को भारत के ही इंजीनियर्स ने डिज़ायन किया है, भारत की ही कंपनी ने इसको बनाया है।

साथियों,

ये हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन, बाकी ट्रेनों से बिल्कुल अलग है। इसके लिए पूरा सिस्टम अलग चाहिए, पूरा इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर अलग चाहिए, यहां जींद में भी इसके लिए तमाम सारी व्यवस्थाएं बनाई गई हैं, और साथियों, आने वाले समय में यहां हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन से जुड़ा और भी इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर बनेगा, नई-नई फैक्ट्रियां लगेंगी, जो हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन नेटवर्क की ज़रूरतों को पूरा करेंगी। यानी इस ट्रेन से, हरियाणा के नौजवानों के लिए रोजगार के अनेक नए अवसर बनने तय हैं।

साथियों,

पिछले 12 वर्षों में भारतीय रेल में जो ये बड़े बदलाव हुए, इससे भारत को एक और फायदा हुआ है। आप देख रहे हैं, कि पिछले कई महीनों से पश्चिमी एशिया में, होर्मुज के पूरे क्षेत्र में, ईरान और गल्फ में युद्ध चल रहा है, और जिस समुद्री रास्ते से होर्मुज से भारत, बहुत बड़ी मात्रा में पेट्रोल-डीज़ल-एलपीजी गैस, हमारे किसानों के लिए खाद, उसी रास्ते से आता है, उसी समुद्री मार्ग से आता है। लेकिन पिछले 3-4 महीनों से ये रास्ता, निरंतर युद्ध का मैदान बन चुका है, संकटों से घिरा हुआ है।

साथियों,

अगर 2014 से पहले अगर ये स्थिति आती, तो आज हिन्दुस्तान का रेलवे का काम पूरा का पूरा ठप पड़ा गया होता। क्योंकि उस समय 2014 में, देश का बहुत बड़ा हिस्सा ऐसा था, जहां हमारी ट्रेनें सिर्फ और सिर्फ डीजल से चलती थीं। अब आप सोचिए, अगर डीजल आना बंद हो गया होता, आज डीजल से चलने वाली ट्रेनें कैसे चलती? देश कितने बड़े संकट में आ जाता।

लेकिन साथियों,

2014 की स्थिति नहीं है ये, ये मोदी है। बहुत पहले सोचता भी है और समस्या के समाधान के रास्ते भी जमीन पर उतारता है। आप सोचिये, भारतीय रेल के बिजलीकरण की शुरुआत, ये सुनकर भी चौंक जाएंगे आप लोग, बिजलीकरण की शुरूआत 1925 में हुई थी। यानी करीब 100 साल पहले। 1925 से लेकर साल 2014 तक, यानी करीब 90 साल में पूरे देश का जो रेल नेटवर्क था, उसका सिर्फ 30 प्रतिशत, 30 पर्सेंट, एक तिहाई से भी कम रेल नेटवर्क का बिजलीकरण हो पाया था। 70 पर्सेंट क्षेत्र डीजल से चलता था। और जिस गति से 90 साल में 30 प्रतिशत काम हुआ, तो 100 प्रतिशत होते होते 300 साल लग जाते, 200 और लगते। भारतीय रेलवे का बिजलीकरण शायद नहीं हो पाता। डीजल से ही रेल चलती। लेकिन बीते 12 वर्षों में, भारत के करीब 99%, प्रतिशत रेल नेटवर्क का बिजलीकरण हो चुका है। हरियाणा में रेल-नेटवर्क का शत-प्रतिशत बिजलीकरण हो गया है। इस वजह से लड़ाई होने के बावजूद भी, तेल का संकट पैदा होने के बावजूद भी, भारत की रेल रूकी नहीं है। भारत की विकास की गाड़ी अटकी नहीं है, ट्रेनें निरंतर चलती रहीं।

साथियों,

रेल हो, रोड हो, कनेक्टिविटी का ऐसा काम, सुविधा भी देता है, और विकास की गति भी कई गुना बढ़ा देता है। आज जींद, जो इतने सारे हाइवे से जुड़ रहा है, अभी इस मंच से भी तीन बड़े प्रोजेक्ट्स शुरु हुए हैं। दिल्ली-अमृतसर-कटरा एक्सप्रेसवे के हरियाणा वाले हिस्से का लोकार्पण हुआ है। जींद-गोहाना नेशनल हाईवे भी राष्ट्र को समर्पित किया गया है। इसके अलावा, अंबाला-कालाअंब फोरलेन से भी, हरियाणा और हिमाचल, दोनों राज्यों के लोगों को बहुत सुविधा होगी।

साथियों,

अब जींद देश का ऐसा जिला बन गया है, जो पांच-पांच नेशनल हाइवे से कनेक्टेड है। ऐसी कनेक्टिविटी से, यहां के किसानों और पशुपालकों की उपज को बड़ी मंडियों तक पहुंचाना आसान और सस्ता होगा। इससे उद्योगों को बल मिलेगा, पर्यटन को पंख लगेंगे, और इससे बड़ी संख्या में नए रोजगार भी बनेंगे।

साथियों,

आप सभी जानते हैं, अभी मैं कुछ दिन पहले ही, इंडोनेशिया, ऑस्ट्रेलिया और न्यूज़ीलैंड की यात्रा से लौटा हूं। वहां भारत ने अनेक तरह के समझौते किए, जिनकी बहुत चर्चा हुई है। लेकिन एक विषय ऐसा है, जिस पर उतनी बात नहीं हुई। ये विषय मेरे देश के और विशेषकर हरियाणा के युवाओं से जुड़ा हुआ है, और वो विषय है- खेलकूद, स्पोर्ट्स।

साथियों,

ऑस्ट्रेलिया और न्यूज़ीलैंड में, वहां की सरकारों से, स्पोर्ट्स को लेकर मेरी व्यापक चर्चा हुई है। इन दोनों देशों के साथ मिलकर, आने वाले समय में हम स्पोर्ट्स इंडस्ट्री, खिलाड़ियों की ट्रेनिंग, ऐसे अनेक मामलों में बहुत सारा काम साथ मिलकर करने वाले हैं। इससे हरियाणा के युवाओं को भी बहुत लाभ होगा।

साथियों,

आज भारत में स्पोर्ट्स को फिटनेस और रोजगार का बड़ा माध्यम बनाया जा रहा है। हमारी सरकार ने नई नेशनल स्पोर्ट्स पॉलिसी, खेलो भारत नीति भी बनाई है। खेलो इंडिया अभियान से लेकर TOPS स्कीम तक, आज खिलाड़ियों को अभूतपूर्व सुविधाएं मिल रही हैं, उन्हें हजारों रुपए की आर्थिक मदद दी जा रही है। यहां हरियाणा में भी, भाजपा सरकार, खेल और खिलाड़ियों को बहुत प्रोत्साहन दे रही है।

साथियों,

आज ये कार्यक्रम भले हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन का है, दूसरी विकास परियोजनाओं का है, लेकिन मैं आज, यहां के नौजवानों से एक और बात भी कहने आया हूं। आप सभी जानते हैं, साल 2030 में, भारत कॉमनवेल्थ गेम्स को होस्ट करने वाला है, 2036 में ओलंपिक गेम्स भारत में हों, इसके लिए भी हम पूरी तैयारी कर रहे हैं। इसलिए, हर खिलाड़ी को ज़ोरदार तैयारी करनी है, पूरा दमखम लगाना है। मैं आपको विश्वास दिलाता हूं, कि डबल इंजन की बीजेपी सरकार आपको हर सुविधा देगी। और जो 36 के ओलंपिक को देखना चाहते हैं, आज जो 5 से 12-15 की उमर के बच्चें हैं ना, हमें उस पर ध्यान केंद्रित करना होगा। और एक बात और भी बता दूं, आने वाले समय में अहमदाबाद में, वर्ल्ड पुलिस एंड फायर गेम्स भी होने वाले हैं। मैं हरियाणा के साथियों से कहूंगा, कि आप इसके लिए भी खूब तैयारी कीजिए। मुझे पक्का विश्वास है, हरियाणा के बेटे-बेटियां, हमेशा की तरह इनमें भी अपना परचम लहराएंगे।

साथियों,

हरियाणा की डबल इंजन सरकार सबका साथ-सबका विकास के मंत्र पर चल रही है। नायब सिंह जी के नेतृत्व में हरियाणा सरकार, यहां के नौजवान हों, किसान हों, बहनें-बेटियां हों, सबके लिए बेहतरीन काम कर रही है। बिना खर्ची-पर्ची के नौकरी देने का जो रास्ता हरियाणा सरकार ने दिखाया है, वो इतना आसान नहीं था, लेकिन ये भाजपा सरकार ने करके दिखाया है।

साथियों,

यहां के किसानों का हित भी हमारी प्राथमिकता में है। जींद की मंडी, तो हरियाणा की सबसे बड़ी मंडियों में से एक है। डबल इंजन की भाजपा सरकार के कारण, हरियाणा के किसानों को बहुत लाभ हो रहा है। पीएम किसान सम्मान निधि से, हरियाणा के किसानों को, करीब 8 हजार करोड़ रुपये मिल चुके हैं। इसमें जींद के हमारे किसानों को भी 600 करोड़ रुपए से ज्यादा मिल चुके हैं।

साथियों,

हमारा देश, संस्कारों और संस्कृति का देश है। और ये क्षेत्र तो इस समृद्ध विरासत का बहुत बड़ा केंद्र है। ये जींद की धरती है, जहां महाराजा रणजीत सिंह का गौरव भी है, और पांडवों की आस्था भी है, पांडु-पिंडारा और रामराय जैसे पवित्र तीर्थ, आज भी लाखों श्रद्धालुओं की आस्था के केंद्र हैं।

साथियों,

आस्था और आध्यात्म की यही विरासत है, जिसे आज का भारत, सहेजता भी है और अब अगली पीढ़ी तक पूरे मान के साथ पहुंचाता भी है। इसी भाव के साथ, आज कुरुक्षेत्र में एक सिख म्यूज़ियम की आधारशिला रखी गई है। हरियाणा का ये नया संग्रहालय, भारत की महान गुरु परंपरा को, अगली पीढ़ियों तक पहुंचाएगा।

साथियों,

हरियाणा अब तेज़ विकास के पथ पर दौड़ रहा है। खेती हो या फिर उद्योग, ये दो ऐसे पहिए हैं, जो हरियाणा को सशक्त कर रहे हैं। आज जिन प्रोजेक्ट्स का शिलान्यास और लोकार्पण हुआ है, उनसे हरियाणा के विकास को और गति मिलेगी। और हरियाणा का ये तेज़ विकास, विकसित भारत के सफर को और ऊर्जावान करेगा। इसकी शुभकामना के साथ, आप सभी को फिर से बहुत-बहुत बधाई देता हूं, और देशवासियों को भी देश की पहली हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन के लिए अनेक-अनेक शुभकामनाएं देता हूं। मेरे साथ बोलिये-

Cataloging the aggressive nationwide expansion of medical infrastructure, the Prime Minister highlighted the approval of 15 new AIIMS post-2014, the establishment of hundreds of medical colleges, and the rapid proliferation of specialty hospitals. He proudly referenced his 2022 inauguration of the Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital at Chandigarh, which now expertly serves thousands of patients. “In recent years, India has rapidly and massively expanded its healthcare infrastructure,“ noted Shri Modi.

Shifting focus to grassroots medical access, the Prime Minister detailed the Ayushman Bharat Health Infrastructure Mission’s role in fortifying primary care through Critical Care Blocks and Public Health Labs. He revealed that nearly 1.75 lakh Ayushman Arogya Mandirs are currently providing vital screening and comprehensive health packages across urban, rural, and tribal demographics. “Attention is intensely being paid to the rapid development of primary healthcare facilities in every single village,“ observed Shri Modi.

Highlighting the revolutionary integration of digital technology into public health, the Prime Minister praised the e-Sanjeevani mission for democratizing access to expert medical consultations. He shared that remote populations can now easily connect with top-tier specialists without undertaking arduous physical journeys. “Today, more than 48 crore telemedicine consultations have successfully taken place across the country,“ noted Shri Modi.

Quantifying the life-saving impact of these sweeping medical reforms, the Prime Minister revealed that over 90 percent of childbirths now occur in highly secure institutional settings. He shared staggering statistics reflecting a massive 86 percent drop in maternal mortality alongside a steep decline in infant deaths nationwide. “Due to this massive expansion of health services, there has been a huge drop in the infant mortality rate as well,“ affirmed Shri Modi.

Balancing therapeutic advancements with proactive wellness strategies, the Prime Minister emphasized the administration’s dual focus on preventive healthcare. He credited holistic initiatives like the Poshan Abhiyan, Mission Indradhanush, Yoga promotion, HPV vaccination campaigns, and U – WIN platform for actively shielding massive populations from potential health crises. “Due to many such critical efforts, the lives of crores of people are continuously being secured,“ remarked Shri Modi.

Outlining the aggressive national crusade against tuberculosis, the Prime Minister detailed the community-driven TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyan’s fierce focus on timely screening and treatment. Citing a recent WHO report, he celebrated a 21 percent reduction in infections over the past decade and robust treatment coverage exceeding 90 percent. “Through active public participation, every single individual is being made highly aware,“ asserted Shri Modi.

Identifying the primary beneficiaries of this healthcare revolution, the Prime Minister stated that lower and middle-income families are reaping the most significant rewards. He emphasized a fundamental philosophical shift in the nation’s approach to equitable medical access. “Health services in India are no longer a privilege, they are becoming an absolute right,“ affirmed Shri Modi.

Addressing the historic bottlenecks in medical education, the Prime Minister recounted the severe shortage of academic seats that previously shattered the aspirations of young students. He announced that the number of medical colleges has nearly doubled, with record increases in postgraduate slots and the recent, highly anticipated approval of an MBBS college at the local institute. “This immense expansion will give talented youth the chance to study in top institutes and provide the country with the best doctors,“ observed Shri Modi.

Praising the city’s unique concentration of educational, engineering, and medical research institutions, the Prime Minister forecasted its rapid rise as a premier hub for startups and technological innovation. To accelerate this academic journey, he celebrated the inauguration of the Kurukshetra Boys Hostel at Punjab Engineering College and the foundation laying for new research scholar accommodations. “It is our endeavor that our youth get the best possible labs and better faculty for advanced research,“ asserted Shri Modi.

Linking rigorous academic environments directly to technological breakthroughs, the Prime Minister stressed the absolute necessity of a robust research ecosystem to propel advancements in Artificial Intelligence, semiconductors, and deep-tech. He expressed unwavering faith in local educators and students to spearhead this critical national objective. “Only when the research environment is truly strong will innovation rapidly accelerate,“ affirmed Shri Modi.

Defining robust infrastructure as the ultimate blueprint for economic prosperity, the Prime Minister championed the government’s novel holistic developmental approach. He inaugurated a six-lane greenfield highway from IT City to Kurali to alleviate airport road congestion and laid the foundation for the ‘PR Seven Spur’, promising much smoother transit for regional commuters. “With all such strategic development works, industry and business will gain incredible new momentum,“ noted Shri Modi.

Expanding on the theme of regional connectivity, the Prime Minister announced the simultaneous launch of railway projects in Jalandhar and the historic rollout of the nation’s first clean-fuel hydrogen train connecting Jind to Sonipat. He congratulated the public on this monumental national leap in sustainable, green transportation. “This train running entirely on clean fuel marks a truly momentous beginning for the nation,“ remarked Shri Modi.

साथियों,

जींद की इस गौरवशाली भूमि से, आप सभी को मेरी राम-राम! आज इस पवित्र धरती पर आकर

मन गदगद हो गया है। यो कोई साधारण धरती नहीं सै। यो धरती इतिहास, वीरता, धर्म और गौरव की धरती सै। शक्ति पीठ माता जयंतियां का नाम और आशीर्वाद इस शहर पर बना रहता है। और मेरे लिए तो जींद आना, पुरानी यादों का झरोखा खोलने जैसा है। मैं यहां बैठे बैठे कई चेहरे देख रहा था पुराने, सारे परिचित चेहरे, बहुत लोगों ने तो क्लेम करते होंगे, कि मैं उनके स्कूटर पर जींद में आया करता था। कई दशक पहले, मैं संगठन के काम से पहली बार जींद आया था। फिर आप लोगों ने मुझे जो अपनत्व दिया, जो प्रेम दिया, वो आज तक मैं भूला नहीं हूं। मुर्रा भैंस का दूध-दही और घी, जींद का देसी बुरा, और यहां का घेवर, ये वो यादें हैं, जो जींद से जुड़ ही जाती हैं।

साथियों,

इतने वर्षों में जींद का घी और घेवर तो नहीं बदला, लेकिन जींद के तेवर बदल गए हैं। आज जींद, बीजेपी-एनडीए के सुशासन मॉडल की तस्वीर बन रहा है। बीते वर्षों में पूरा हरियाणा ही, विकास की नई पटरी पर चल पड़ा है। आज का ये कार्यक्रम, डबल इंजन की बीजेपी सरकार के इसी मिशन को, नई ऊर्जा से भर रहा है।

साथियों,

आज जींद का, हरियाणा का नाम इतिहास के पन्नों में दर्ज हो गया है। आज यहां से, देश को पहली हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन मिली है।

आपको याद होगा साथियों,

आज भी हम पढ़ते हैं, सुनते हैं कि भारत में पहली ट्रेन बॉम्बे से ठाणे के बीच चली थी, जिसे आज मुंबई कहते हैं। वैसे ही भविष्य में जब भी हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन का जिक्र आएगा, तो जींद का, सोनीपत का, हरियाणा का नाम भी आएगा ही आएगा। मैं आप सभी को, पूरे देश को, भारतीय रेल की आधुनिकता से जुड़े इस बड़े कदम के लिए, बहुत-बहुत बधाई देता हूं।

साथियों,

आज 14 हज़ार करोड़ रुपए से अधिक के अन्य प्रोजेक्ट्स भी हरियाणा को मिले हैं। इसमें रेलवे के, हाईवे के अनेक प्रोजेक्ट्स हैं, हमारी विरासत से जुड़े प्रोजेक्ट्स हैं, और दो नए मेडिकल कॉलेज भी हरियाणा की सेवा के लिए समर्पित हुए हैं। भिवानी में, पंडित नेकी राम शर्मा मेडिकल कॉलेज, और नारनौल में, महर्षि च्यवन मेडिकल कॉलेज और राव तुलाराम अस्पताल इससे हरियाणा की स्वास्थ्य सेवा और सशक्त होगी। साथ ही, इससे यहां के नौजवानों के लिए, डॉक्टर और अन्य मेडिकल प्रोफेशनल्स बनने के नए रास्ते भी बनेंगे। इन सभी प्रोजेक्ट्स के लिए भी हरियाणा के मेरे सभी भाई-बहनों को बहुत-बहुत बधाई।

साथियों,

आज जींद और हरियाणा के लोगों की मैं एक और बात के लिए सराहना करूंगा। स्वच्छता से स्वागत पहल को आपने जिस गंभीरता से लिया है, जिस तरह मेरे आने से पहले यहां के लोग स्वच्छता अभियान में नए सिरे से, नई ऊर्जा से जुटे हैं, वो दिल खुश कर देने वाला है। और मैं देख रहा था, पिछले एक सप्ताह से सोशल मीडिया मे आपका ये जो सफाई अभियान चल रहा है, उसकी भारी चर्चा रही है। लेकिन कुछ लोगों ने ये भी कहा है सोशल मीडिया में, मोदी जी आप बार-बार आइये, ताकि हमारा जींद स्वच्छ रहे। जिस महाशय ने ये भाव व्यक्त किया है, मैं उनका धन्यवाद करता हूं, लेकिन मैं जींद वालों से आज कुछ मांगने आया हूं। आप मुझे बताइये, क्या इस सफाई के लिए, ये स्वच्छता के लिए, मोदी का आना जरूरी है क्या? अगर जींद के लोग तय कर लें, हरियाणा के लोग तय कर लें, कि अब हम गंदगी नहीं करेंगे, तो जींद कभी गंदा होगा क्या? हरियाणा में गंदगी आएगी क्या? तो काम एक ही करना है, मोदी के आने कि जरूरत नहीं है, सिर्फ आप तय कर लीजिए, स्वच्छता ही हमारा स्वभाव बना देंगे, स्वच्छता ही हमारे संस्कार बना देंगे, हम स्वच्छता को इसी तरह अपनी हर दिन की जिंदगी का हिस्सा बनाएंगे।

साथियों,

अगर हम रेलवे के इतिहास पर नजर डालें, तो पाते हैं कि उन्नीसवीं सदी के रेलवे की पहचान स्टीम इंजन से बने थे। बीसवीं सदी की पहचान, डीजल और बिजली से चलने वाली रेल बनी, और अब इक्कीसवीं सदी की रेल हाइड्रोजन से चलने वाली है। आज भारतीय रेल ने भी, इक्कीसवीं सदी की इस टेक्नोल़ॉजी में एक बड़ा स्टेप लिया है। आज जींद से सोनीपत के बीच, हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन चली है। अभी ये सफर 90 किलोमीटर का है, लेकिन भविष्य में इसका विस्तार होने की बहुत संभावनाएं हैं। हम इस पर रिसर्च करते रहेंगे, लागत कम कैसे हो, इसका तरीका ढूंढते रहेंगे, efficiency कैसे बढ़े, इस पर काम करते रहेंगे, और बड़ी जांच पड़ताल करते-करते एक के बाद एक कदम उठाते जाएंगे। दुनिया में हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन अभी-अभी आई है, करीब 7-8 साल पहले ही अस्तित्व में आई है। अभी दुनिया के 3 या 4 देश ही हैं, जिनके पास हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन चलाने का सामर्थ्य है। और जिन देशों में अभी ऐसी हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन चल भी रही है, वहां बहुत शुरुआती दौर में है। लेकिन भारत की जो ये हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन है, उसके सामर्थ्य के बारे में सुनकर आपको भी गर्व होगा, एक-एक हिन्दुस्तानी को गर्व होगा।

साथियों,

जींद से सोनीपत को चलने वाली हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन दुनिया की, दुनिया की सबसे ताकतवर हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन है। ये हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन, बत्तीस सौ हॉर्स पावर की है। Three Thousand Two Hundred Horse Power और सबसे ताकतवर ही नहीं, भारत की हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन, सबसे लंबी भी है। दुनिया में जहां हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन चल रही है, वो तीन या चार कोच वाली हैं। और भारत ने पहली बार में सीधे 10 कोच वाली हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन चलाकर, दुनिया में अपना झंडा गाड़ दिया है।

साथियों,

मैं आपको गर्व की एक और बात बताना चाहता हूं। भारत की ये हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन, धुआं रहित तो है ही, ये मेक इन इंडिया का भी एक बहुत सफल उदहारण है। इस हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन को भारत के ही इंजीनियर्स ने डिज़ायन किया है, भारत की ही कंपनी ने इसको बनाया है।

साथियों,

ये हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन, बाकी ट्रेनों से बिल्कुल अलग है। इसके लिए पूरा सिस्टम अलग चाहिए, पूरा इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर अलग चाहिए, यहां जींद में भी इसके लिए तमाम सारी व्यवस्थाएं बनाई गई हैं, और साथियों, आने वाले समय में यहां हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन से जुड़ा और भी इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर बनेगा, नई-नई फैक्ट्रियां लगेंगी, जो हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन नेटवर्क की ज़रूरतों को पूरा करेंगी। यानी इस ट्रेन से, हरियाणा के नौजवानों के लिए रोजगार के अनेक नए अवसर बनने तय हैं।

साथियों,

पिछले 12 वर्षों में भारतीय रेल में जो ये बड़े बदलाव हुए, इससे भारत को एक और फायदा हुआ है। आप देख रहे हैं, कि पिछले कई महीनों से पश्चिमी एशिया में, होर्मुज के पूरे क्षेत्र में, ईरान और गल्फ में युद्ध चल रहा है, और जिस समुद्री रास्ते से होर्मुज से भारत, बहुत बड़ी मात्रा में पेट्रोल-डीज़ल-एलपीजी गैस, हमारे किसानों के लिए खाद, उसी रास्ते से आता है, उसी समुद्री मार्ग से आता है। लेकिन पिछले 3-4 महीनों से ये रास्ता, निरंतर युद्ध का मैदान बन चुका है, संकटों से घिरा हुआ है।

साथियों,

अगर 2014 से पहले अगर ये स्थिति आती, तो आज हिन्दुस्तान का रेलवे का काम पूरा का पूरा ठप पड़ा गया होता। क्योंकि उस समय 2014 में, देश का बहुत बड़ा हिस्सा ऐसा था, जहां हमारी ट्रेनें सिर्फ और सिर्फ डीजल से चलती थीं। अब आप सोचिए, अगर डीजल आना बंद हो गया होता, आज डीजल से चलने वाली ट्रेनें कैसे चलती? देश कितने बड़े संकट में आ जाता।

लेकिन साथियों,

2014 की स्थिति नहीं है ये, ये मोदी है। बहुत पहले सोचता भी है और समस्या के समाधान के रास्ते भी जमीन पर उतारता है। आप सोचिये, भारतीय रेल के बिजलीकरण की शुरुआत, ये सुनकर भी चौंक जाएंगे आप लोग, बिजलीकरण की शुरूआत 1925 में हुई थी। यानी करीब 100 साल पहले। 1925 से लेकर साल 2014 तक, यानी करीब 90 साल में पूरे देश का जो रेल नेटवर्क था, उसका सिर्फ 30 प्रतिशत, 30 पर्सेंट, एक तिहाई से भी कम रेल नेटवर्क का बिजलीकरण हो पाया था। 70 पर्सेंट क्षेत्र डीजल से चलता था। और जिस गति से 90 साल में 30 प्रतिशत काम हुआ, तो 100 प्रतिशत होते होते 300 साल लग जाते, 200 और लगते। भारतीय रेलवे का बिजलीकरण शायद नहीं हो पाता। डीजल से ही रेल चलती। लेकिन बीते 12 वर्षों में, भारत के करीब 99%, प्रतिशत रेल नेटवर्क का बिजलीकरण हो चुका है। हरियाणा में रेल-नेटवर्क का शत-प्रतिशत बिजलीकरण हो गया है। इस वजह से लड़ाई होने के बावजूद भी, तेल का संकट पैदा होने के बावजूद भी, भारत की रेल रूकी नहीं है। भारत की विकास की गाड़ी अटकी नहीं है, ट्रेनें निरंतर चलती रहीं।

साथियों,

रेल हो, रोड हो, कनेक्टिविटी का ऐसा काम, सुविधा भी देता है, और विकास की गति भी कई गुना बढ़ा देता है। आज जींद, जो इतने सारे हाइवे से जुड़ रहा है, अभी इस मंच से भी तीन बड़े प्रोजेक्ट्स शुरु हुए हैं। दिल्ली-अमृतसर-कटरा एक्सप्रेसवे के हरियाणा वाले हिस्से का लोकार्पण हुआ है। जींद-गोहाना नेशनल हाईवे भी राष्ट्र को समर्पित किया गया है। इसके अलावा, अंबाला-कालाअंब फोरलेन से भी, हरियाणा और हिमाचल, दोनों राज्यों के लोगों को बहुत सुविधा होगी।

साथियों,

अब जींद देश का ऐसा जिला बन गया है, जो पांच-पांच नेशनल हाइवे से कनेक्टेड है। ऐसी कनेक्टिविटी से, यहां के किसानों और पशुपालकों की उपज को बड़ी मंडियों तक पहुंचाना आसान और सस्ता होगा। इससे उद्योगों को बल मिलेगा, पर्यटन को पंख लगेंगे, और इससे बड़ी संख्या में नए रोजगार भी बनेंगे।

साथियों,

आप सभी जानते हैं, अभी मैं कुछ दिन पहले ही, इंडोनेशिया, ऑस्ट्रेलिया और न्यूज़ीलैंड की यात्रा से लौटा हूं। वहां भारत ने अनेक तरह के समझौते किए, जिनकी बहुत चर्चा हुई है। लेकिन एक विषय ऐसा है, जिस पर उतनी बात नहीं हुई। ये विषय मेरे देश के और विशेषकर हरियाणा के युवाओं से जुड़ा हुआ है, और वो विषय है- खेलकूद, स्पोर्ट्स।

साथियों,

ऑस्ट्रेलिया और न्यूज़ीलैंड में, वहां की सरकारों से, स्पोर्ट्स को लेकर मेरी व्यापक चर्चा हुई है। इन दोनों देशों के साथ मिलकर, आने वाले समय में हम स्पोर्ट्स इंडस्ट्री, खिलाड़ियों की ट्रेनिंग, ऐसे अनेक मामलों में बहुत सारा काम साथ मिलकर करने वाले हैं। इससे हरियाणा के युवाओं को भी बहुत लाभ होगा।

साथियों,

आज भारत में स्पोर्ट्स को फिटनेस और रोजगार का बड़ा माध्यम बनाया जा रहा है। हमारी सरकार ने नई नेशनल स्पोर्ट्स पॉलिसी, खेलो भारत नीति भी बनाई है। खेलो इंडिया अभियान से लेकर TOPS स्कीम तक, आज खिलाड़ियों को अभूतपूर्व सुविधाएं मिल रही हैं, उन्हें हजारों रुपए की आर्थिक मदद दी जा रही है। यहां हरियाणा में भी, भाजपा सरकार, खेल और खिलाड़ियों को बहुत प्रोत्साहन दे रही है।

साथियों,

आज ये कार्यक्रम भले हाइड्रोजन ट्रेन का है, दूसरी विकास परियोजनाओं का है, लेकिन मैं आज, यहां के नौजवानों से एक और बात भी कहने आया हूं। आप सभी जानते हैं, साल 2030 में, भारत कॉमनवेल्थ गेम्स को होस्ट करने वाला है, 2036 में ओलंपिक गेम्स भारत में हों, इसके लिए भी हम पूरी तैयारी कर रहे हैं। इसलिए, हर खिलाड़ी को ज़ोरदार तैयारी करनी है, पूरा दमखम लगाना है। मैं आपको विश्वास दिलाता हूं, कि डबल इंजन की बीजेपी सरकार आपको हर सुविधा देगी। और जो 36 के ओलंपिक को देखना चाहते हैं, आज जो 5 से 12-15 की उमर के बच्चें हैं ना, हमें उस पर ध्यान केंद्रित करना होगा। और एक बात और भी बता दूं, आने वाले समय में अहमदाबाद में, वर्ल्ड पुलिस एंड फायर गेम्स भी होने वाले हैं। मैं हरियाणा के साथियों से कहूंगा, कि आप इसके लिए भी खूब तैयारी कीजिए। मुझे पक्का विश्वास है, हरियाणा के बेटे-बेटियां, हमेशा की तरह इनमें भी अपना परचम लहराएंगे।

साथियों,

हरियाणा की डबल इंजन सरकार सबका साथ-सबका विकास के मंत्र पर चल रही है। नायब सिंह जी के नेतृत्व में हरियाणा सरकार, यहां के नौजवान हों, किसान हों, बहनें-बेटियां हों, सबके लिए बेहतरीन काम कर रही है। बिना खर्ची-पर्ची के नौकरी देने का जो रास्ता हरियाणा सरकार ने दिखाया है, वो इतना आसान नहीं था, लेकिन ये भाजपा सरकार ने करके दिखाया है।

साथियों,

यहां के किसानों का हित भी हमारी प्राथमिकता में है। जींद की मंडी, तो हरियाणा की सबसे बड़ी मंडियों में से एक है। डबल इंजन की भाजपा सरकार के कारण, हरियाणा के किसानों को बहुत लाभ हो रहा है। पीएम किसान सम्मान निधि से, हरियाणा के किसानों को, करीब 8 हजार करोड़ रुपये मिल चुके हैं। इसमें जींद के हमारे किसानों को भी 600 करोड़ रुपए से ज्यादा मिल चुके हैं।

साथियों,

हमारा देश, संस्कारों और संस्कृति का देश है। और ये क्षेत्र तो इस समृद्ध विरासत का बहुत बड़ा केंद्र है। ये जींद की धरती है, जहां महाराजा रणजीत सिंह का गौरव भी है, और पांडवों की आस्था भी है, पांडु-पिंडारा और रामराय जैसे पवित्र तीर्थ, आज भी लाखों श्रद्धालुओं की आस्था के केंद्र हैं।

साथियों,

आस्था और आध्यात्म की यही विरासत है, जिसे आज का भारत, सहेजता भी है और अब अगली पीढ़ी तक पूरे मान के साथ पहुंचाता भी है। इसी भाव के साथ, आज कुरुक्षेत्र में एक सिख म्यूज़ियम की आधारशिला रखी गई है। हरियाणा का ये नया संग्रहालय, भारत की महान गुरु परंपरा को, अगली पीढ़ियों तक पहुंचाएगा।

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today laid the foundation stone and dedicated to the nation various development projects worth around ₹14,700 crore in Jind, Haryana. Expressing profound joy upon arrival at the site, the Prime Minister highlighted the region’s rich historical, martial, and spiritual legacy, uniquely blessed by the Shakti Peeth Mata Jayanti. Recalling his initial visits to the city decades ago for organizational duties, he fondly recalled the unforgettable affection he received, intrinsically linked to local culinary staples like Murrah buffalo dairy, desi bura, and ghevar. “This is no ordinary land; it is a profound land of history, bravery, religion, and immense pride,” observed Shri Modi.

Contrasting the timeless local flavors with the dramatically transformed developmental landscape of the region, the Prime Minister positioned the city as a shining reflection of the good governance model. Emphasizing that the entire state has firmly embarked on a new trajectory of progress over the past years, he noted that the day’s events are actively infusing this mission with powerful fresh momentum. “Today’s program is filling this exact mission of the government with completely new energy,” asserted Shri Modi.

Declaring that the region’s name has now been permanently etched into the pages of history, the Prime Minister proudly announced the launch of the country’s first hydrogen-powered train. Drawing a visionary parallel to the historic first train journey between Bombay and Thane, he stated that future generations will similarly immortalize this corridor whenever advanced green mobility is discussed. “I congratulate all of you and the entire country for this momentous step related to the deep modernization of Indian Railways,” affirmed Shri Modi.

Detailing the massive infrastructural push, the Prime Minister listed over Rs 14,000 crore worth of new projects spanning railways, highways, and cultural heritage dedicated directly to the state’s welfare. Highlighting a massive healthcare expansion, he announced the dedication of Pandit Neki Ram Sharma Medical College in Bhiwani and Maharishi Chyavan Medical College along with Rao Tularam Hospital in Narnaul, aimed at creating pristine new avenues for aspiring medical professionals. “These new institutions will make the healthcare services of Haryana even more empowered and highly accessible,” noted Shri Modi.

Appreciating the immense civic dedication demonstrated by the local populace, the Prime Minister commended the profound seriousness with which they embraced the cleanliness welcome initiative prior to his arrival. Putting the nation’s achievement into a global perspective, the Prime Minister noted that hydrogen train technology only came into practical existence worldwide 7-8 years ago. He highlighted that only a highly exclusive handful of nations currently possess the capability to operate such trains, and even those remain in preliminary stages. “You will be immensely proud to hear about the true capabilities of this newly launched Indian hydrogen train,” remarked Shri Modi.

Revealing the technical specifications of the new transport marvel, the Prime Minister described the newly launched train as the most powerful of its kind globally, boasting a formidable 3,200-horsepower capacity and comprising ten coaches. Contrasting it with international counterparts that typically feature only three to four coaches, he proudly highlighted the nation’s bold operational dominance on its very first attempt. “India has successfully demonstrated its prowess by running a hydrogen train with ten full coaches straightaway,” asserted Shri Modi.

Celebrating the indigenous nature of this green mobility milestone, the Prime Minister emphasized that the entirely smoke-free train is a resounding, tangible triumph of the domestic manufacturing initiative. He credited brilliant domestic engineers for completely designing the advanced system and local manufacturing companies for flawlessly executing its construction. “This is a highly successful and proud example of the Make in India initiative,” noted Shri Modi.

Explaining the highly unique operational requirements of this advanced technology, the Prime Minister pointed out that hydrogen trains necessitate completely distinct infrastructure and specialized, segregated support systems. Anticipating the rapid establishment of new factories and associated facilities to meet these specific network needs in the immediate future, he projected a massive localized economic ripple effect. “This advanced train network is absolutely guaranteed to create numerous new employment opportunities for the youth of Haryana,” affirmed Shri Modi.

Shifting focus to critical geopolitical challenges, the Prime Minister highlighted the strategic logistical advantages derived from the massive transformations within Indian Railways over the past twelve years. Pointing to the ongoing volatile conflict in West Asia, he explained how the indispensable supply maritime routes for petroleum, diesel, LPG, and fertilizers have been continuously surrounded by severe disruptions for months. “Through this vital maritime route, India imports a massive quantity of essential fuels and agricultural inputs,” observed Shri Modi.

Hypothesizing the devastating national impact of such a global fuel crisis prior to 2014, the Prime Minister noted that the previous heavy reliance on diesel would have inevitably and completely paralyzed the national railway network. Revealing that a mere 30 percent of the network was electrified between 1925 and 2014, he celebrated the administrative push that has now electrified nearly 99 percent of the national grid and 100 percent of the state’s tracks. “Because of complete electrification, our trains continued to run completely uninterrupted despite the severe global oil crisis,” asserted Shri Modi.

Underscoring the dual socio-economic benefits of enhanced connectivity, the Prime Minister explained that expansive road and rail networks simultaneously provide immense public convenience while exponentially accelerating regional development. Officially launching the local section of the Delhi-Amritsar-Katra Expressway, the Jind-Gohana National Highway, and the Ambala-Kala Amb four-lane project, he envisioned many interstate logistical benefits. “Such expansive connectivity work provides immense comfort while heavily multiplying the speed of overall development,” noted Shri Modi.

Detailing the logistical transformation of the host district, the Prime Minister pointed out that the city is now strategically connected by five distinct national highways. Outlining the immense economic advantages of this upgrade, he stressed that farmers and livestock breeders will now enjoy significantly cheaper and easier access to major commercial markets. “This robust connectivity will actively empower industries, give wings to tourism, and create new employment on a massive scale,” affirmed Shri Modi.

Reflecting on his highly successful recent diplomatic tours to Indonesia, Australia, and New Zealand, the Prime Minister highlighted the numerous publicized international bilateral agreements secured by the nation. However, he drew special attention to a crucial, yet underreported, strategic topic of discussion that holds immense, direct significance for the region’s young demographic. “There is one specific subject heavily linked to the youth of Haryana that has not been discussed as much, and that is sports,” remarked Shri Modi.

Elaborating on the strategic dialogues held with foreign governments, the Prime Minister revealed extensive upcoming international collaborations aimed at revolutionizing the athletic and competitive sector. Anticipating joint initiatives focusing on the broader sports industry and elite athlete training methodologies, he projected immense localized skill benefits. “By working together with these nations, we are going to accomplish significant work in the sports industry in the coming times,” asserted Shri Modi.

Detailing the domestic overhaul of athletic infrastructure, the Prime Minister explained how sports are being actively and systematically transformed into a major, viable medium for both fitness and employment. Citing the successful implementation of the new National Sports Policy and the Khelo Bharat Niti, he praised the unprecedented financial and institutional backing provided to athletes through highly effective schemes like Khelo India and TOPS. “The state government here is also providing tremendous, continuous encouragement to sports and our dedicated athletes,” observed Shri Modi.

Addressing the young athletes directly, the Prime Minister shifted from infrastructure milestones to upcoming massive global competitive platforms. Announcing India’s preparations to host the 2030 Commonwealth Games and the ambitious national bid for the 2036 Olympic Games, alongside the World Police and Fire Games in Ahmedabad, he urged local competitors to train with maximum intensity. “I assure you that the government will completely provide you with every necessary facility for your rigorous preparation,” affirmed Shri Modi.

Praising the highly localized governance model, the Prime Minister commended the state administration for strictly adhering to the mantra of inclusive development under the leadership of the Chief Minister. To materialize this goal, he officially announced the foundation stone laying for a brand new Sikh Museum in Kurukshetra. “This new museum will successfully and proudly transmit the great Guru tradition of India to our upcoming generations,” affirmed Shri Modi.
