Launching a virulent attack against the Hindus, Delhi Minorities Commission chairman and Jamaat-e-Islami mole in Aam Admi Party, Zafarul Islam Khan on Tuesday warned Hindus of the country that they would face an avalanche when Indian Muslims join with the Arab-Islamic world.

In his post, Khan went on to assert that Indian Muslims enjoy huge goodwill in the Arab and Muslim world for their services over centuries to Islamic causes. His post comes amidst reports that Kuwait had expressed concern regarding the alleged atrocities against Muslims in the country amidst coronavirus outbreak. “The Hindutva bigots calculated that given the huge economic stakes involved the Muslim and Arab world will not care about the persecution of Muslims in India,” he said.
Hailing Zakir Naik “The bigots forgot that Indian Muslims enjoy huge goodwill in the eyes of the Arab and Muslim world for their services over centuries to Islamic causes, excellence in Islamic and Arabic scholarship, cultural and civilisational gifts to world heritage.
He hailed the anti-Hindu Islamic extremist and terrorist sympathiser Zakir Naik in his post, claiming that he is a household name in the Arab and Muslim world.
“Mind you, bigots, Indian Muslims have opted until now not to complain to the Arab and Muslim world about your hate campaigns and lynchings and riots. The day they are pushed to do that, bigots will face an avalanche,” the Islamist bigot concluded his letter, serving a stern warning against Hindus.

The cadres of Kerala-based Islamic terrorist outfits, with the active support of the Pakistani spy agency ISI, had piloted a hate-campaign against Government of India in West Asia and stroked Hinduphobia among Arabs in response to criticism against the role of Tablighi Jamaat in spreading COVID-19 across India. As a part of the campaign, an old statement by the Secretary-General of Kuwait cabinet was widely circulated on social media, where the Secretary-General had parroted Pakistan’s propaganda about Muslims in India.
However, soon after, Kuwait has joined other countries like Saudi Arabia, Oman and Qatar that had officially stated that they do not support the anti-India propaganda currency going on by ‘foreign-sponsored social media handles and posts’.
BJP national spokesperson Nalin Kohli lambasted at Zafarul Islam Khan for “inviting” foreign countries to interfere in India’s internal affairs and questioned the Delhi government’s stand on his comments. Nalin Kohli also slammed the Delhi minorities panel chief for mentioning the name of Zakir Naik among honourable Indian Muslims.
Criticising the post, BJP spokesperson Sonkar Shastri said that Zafrul Islam is trying to tarnish India's image in Arab world. He demanded from Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal removal of Islam from the post of chairman of Delhi Minorities Commission.

As a law abiding layman of India, it shocked me to smithereens having seen the divisive letter of the 101 retired civil servants written to all the Chief Ministers and Governors, defying the government never says die efforts to save the lives of Indians from the Covid-19 pandemic in these difficult and testing and trying days. A time when they should have strengthened the Modi mantra of, “Janata Curfew”, “Lakshman Rekha” and “Jaan hei to Jahaan hei”, they are busy breaking India, rather than making it!
If not shaken, indeed I was baffled, when I received the news of 101 retired civil servants’ uncivil act of sending a misleading letter to the chief ministers and governors of all the states, expressing their “anguish over reports of harassment of Muslims in some parts of the country, particularly after the meeting headed by Maulana Saad Kandhlavi of Tablighi Jamat at the Markaz till March 28.”. The author, certainly never expected this kind of irresponsible behaviour while the PM is fighting tooth and nail, waging his battle against Covid-19. It would have astounded rather sagged the never say die spirits of Modi, who has left no stone unturned while saving the lives of the 130 crore countrymen. Fact is that these civil servants have erroneously singled out and then generalised some unfortunate incidents, where this could have happened. Police have taken action against these, wherever reported.
Not only these officers but people like Arundhati Roy (activist), Saba Naqvi Bhowmik (journalist) and others, the so-called champions of activism, like the “Tukde-Tukde gang”, “Award Wapsi gang”, Lutyen’s gang”, “Khan Market gang” and “Candle Light gang, too, at the behest of India oppressors, have joined hands to belittle the image of the country in the world by misstating. What they fail to comprehend is that the government needs a kiss of life from all its countrymen to assist it against the virus but all in vain. No matter, the Covid-19 virus will be sanitised but who will sanitise the minds of India-haters and baiters?
I have a couple of queries to make from these retired Congress show boys. Fine, they asked about the heinous and devilish lynching from Akhlaq to Tabrez. Why didn't they write a letter when doctors and health workers were stoned in Indore and then in Moradabad where even women and children also threw bricks on the doctors and smashed their ambulance? Did they write a letter when two Vedic saints were brutally butchered in Palghar, Maharashtra? Did they write a message about the disappearance of the Corona super spreader, Maulana Saad of the Tablighi Jamat? Did these civil servants have the civility and heart of writing a letter of appreciation to the Chief Ministers and Governors for lauding the tremendous efforts of our doctors, nurses, health workers, safai kramacharis (scavengers), who are all serving to save lives at the cost of their own and their near and dear ones' lives? This is a lobby of people with lop-side anti-governance officers who are good for nothing except cursing the Prime Minister and the government.
Unfortunately, not very long ago, India has already earned the wrath of the Independent Permanent Human Rights Commission (IPHRC), an expert body with advisory capacity managed by the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). It got registered its displeasure with India. Princess Hend Al Qassimi, a member of a royal family in the UAE, gave an interview to several Indian media houses and platforms in which she disparaged the Indo-Arab relationship, and it was an Indian channel (NDTV) only that gave her leeway.

This boomeranged, and the excellent work done by Prime Minister, Modi was destroyed by these people. Right that the Jamatis were perpetrators, but for that, the entire Muslim community should not have been targeted.
The truth is that almost all the Indian Muslims are the lovers of the land as Maulana Azad called it Dar-ul-Aman (land of peace). Still, the problem is created by the so-called Muslim leaders, intellectuals and clerics who appear on the TV channels and spew venom against the government, BJP, RSS and discard Prime Minister, Modi. One is shocked to see a politician like a barrister cum MP, Asaduddin Owaisi, who, in one of the debates at Aajtak (with the author who took him to the task) in 2015, bragged, “Hindustan hamarey baap ka hei!” (India belongs to our father!). While they blow hot and cold, these braggarts forget that the result of their horrendous outpourings will not only vitiate the entire harmonious ambience but will close the doors of the Hindu community. Come what may, it is time that the Muslim card or the Hindu card is shed, and its place is taken by the India card.
This incidentally reminds me of a brilliant Muslim son of the soil, Comrade Aftab Ahmad Siddiqui, once known as the messiah of the railway workers and president Northern Railway Men’s Union who often told Muslims, “Tum Hindustan mein baap kitarah nahin reh saktey; haan betey aur bhai ki tarah zarur reh saktey ho!” (You can’t live in India, calling yourselves as its owner but you have to live here as sons and brothers). Siddiqui’s observation is bang on target as some Muslims still live in the ghetto mind-set that they are the present-day Mughals. He meant that one is those days and today, Modi, BJP, RSS and Vishwa Hindu Parishad are a reality.
An India viewer is shocked to see the television channels today hovering around the lumpen clerics of the Muslim community, who are certainly not the voice of sanity but insanity! It is owing to such obscurantist platforms pretending to represent Muslims that the Islam baiters have a field day. They dictate terms and espouse views on issues that extend from the public domain of Indian Muslims to the privacy of their bedroom. They are wise and venerable men but their physical appearance on television and in newspapers confirm the unjust prejudices against the majority community. Stoke, a controversy involving Indian Muslims and the usual suspects, start emerging from the dark and infested woodwork of the city or its so-called keeper of the faith — AIMPLB (Muslim Personal Law Board).

Prashant informed Organiser that the action of Zafarul comes under sedition and waging war against Government of India. His Facebook post is an attack on sovereignty of India and promoting enmity between different groups on the grounds of religion and doing acts prejudicial to maintenance of harmony.
FIR against Zafarul registered under section 121, 124A, 153A, 506 of Indian Penalty Code 1860 and under section 66F of Information Technology Act, 2000 with other relevant sections which you deem fit.

Earlier on Aril 3, the Delhi Minorities Commission Chairman has issued notice to the Commissioner of Police seeking proper action over "random arrests" of the youth in connection with the anti-Hindu Delhi riots in which over 50 people had died.
The notice asked the Delhi commissioner of police to instruct the ground staff to desist from "random" picking up of the youth in north-east as arrests must only be made when there is clear evidence about someone's involvement in the Delhi riots.
The notice further said that once lockdown is lifted and conditions return to normal, "we will take a closer look at these arrests".

But the world had come to know of it only during late January and early February, 20. It took two months to pierce the Great Wall of China but the humanity is paying a very high price. Saying Namaste instead of handshake, giving out the habit of embracing and maintaining a safe distance, adoption of hygienic habits in day to day to life like washing hands etc. It has also generated a lot of interest, particularly in the post 90 generation towards our traditional food habits instead of Pizzas etc., The youth started looking up to our age old treasure of Pranayama, Yoga (popularised through the globe by our P.M.) and meditation. There are one line discourses teaching Indian Management Thoughts and the spiritual Gurus have become modern day counselors.
The nation witnessed the services rendered by our Swadeshi retail traders in reaching out to the people with essential supply of Foodgrains, Medicines and vegetables braving Carona. The civil society rose in unison and rendered yeoman service by reaching out to the needy for their needs. The nation understood the value of these people.

This type of innovations are growing in hundreds every day. When Railways converted the ac coaches to moving hospital wards, the world was astonished. This is what we call Swadeshi Spirit.
Indian pharma Industry supplied medicines to about 60 countries in matter of days and endeared itself to the whole world. Seeds for gaining the Status of the Medical factory of the world are sown. Conspiracy or no conspiracy, there is anti China mood both within India and outside. The Indian Industry has realised the dangers of doing business with China. There will be strenuous efforts to restrict imports from China. This will strengthen our manufacturing creating lakhs and lakhs of employment.
While industry will take steps to reduce Chinese import, consumers will boycott everything that is Chinese from mobiles to washing machines to electrical goods. This is the mood the nation.
Internationally disruptions to global supply chain has begun and thousands of companies are getting ready to leave China and enter India. Bharat should align with the like minded nations to capture the space going to be vacated by China internationally. As a law abiding layman of India, it shocked me to smithereens having seen the divisive letter of the 101 retired civil servants written to all the Chief Ministers and Governors, defying the government never says die efforts to save the lives of Indians from the Covid-19 pandemic in these difficult and testing and trying days. A time when they should have strengthened the Modi mantra of, “Janata Curfew”, “Lakshman Rekha” and “Jaan hei to Jahaan hei”, they are busy breaking India, rather than making it!
If not shaken, indeed I was baffled, when I received the news of 101 retired civil servants’ uncivil act of sending a misleading letter to the chief ministers and governors of all the states, expressing their “anguish over reports of harassment of Muslims in some parts of the country, particularly after the meeting headed by Maulana Saad Kandhlavi of Tablighi Jamat at the Markaz till March 28.”. The author, certainly never expected this kind of irresponsible behaviour while the PM is fighting tooth and nail, waging his battle against Covid-19. It would have astounded rather sagged the never say die spirits of Modi, who has left no stone unturned while saving the lives of the 130 crore countrymen. Fact is that these civil servants have erroneously singled out and then generalised some unfortunate incidents, where this could have happened. Police have taken action against these, wherever reported.
Not only these officers but people like Arundhati Roy (activist), Saba Naqvi Bhowmik (journalist) and others, the so-called champions of activism, like the “Tukde-Tukde gang”, “Award Wapsi gang”, Lutyen’s gang”, “Khan Market gang” and “Candle Light gang, too, at the behest of India oppressors, have joined hands to belittle the image of the country in the world by misstating. What they fail to comprehend is that the government needs a kiss of life from all its countrymen to assist it against the virus but all in vain. No matter, the Covid-19 virus will be sanitised but who will sanitise the minds of India-haters and baiters?
These retired Congress showboys asked about the heinous and devilish lynching from Akhlaq to Tabrez. Why didn't they write a letter when doctors and health workers were stoned in Indore? Did they write a letter when two Sadhus were brutally butchered in Palghar? Did they write a message about the disappearance of the Corona super spreader, Maulana Saad of the Tablighi Jamat.
It is a matter of shame that at a time when the best of their experience’s inputs were required, they turned offensive, including the former NSA Shivshankar Menon, former Secretary Keshav Desiraju, former Chief Election Commissioner SY Quraishi, former Chief Economic Adviser Nitin Desai, former High Commissioner to the United Kingdom Nareshwar Dayal, former Foreign Secretary and National Security Advisory Board Chairman Shyam Saran and former OSD on Kashmir in Prime Minister's Office AS Dulat, Amitabh Pandey and Ashok Vajpayee, the Hindi litterateur besides other. In fact, these people need to be reprimanded and in fact, arrested for trying to create parallel governance to dethrone Modi.I have a couple of queries to make from these retired Congress show boys. Fine, they asked about the heinous and devilish lynching from Akhlaq to Tabrez. Why didn't they write a letter when doctors and health workers were stoned in Indore and then in Moradabad where even women and children also threw bricks on the doctors and smashed their ambulance? Did they write a letter when two Vedic saints were brutally butchered in Palghar, Maharashtra? Did they write a message about the disappearance of the Corona super spreader, Maulana Saad of the Tablighi Jamat? Did these civil servants have the civility and heart of writing a letter of appreciation to the Chief Ministers and Governors for lauding the tremendous efforts of our doctors, nurses, health workers, safai kramacharis (scavengers), who are all serving to save lives at the cost of their own and their near and dear ones' lives? This is a lobby of people with lop-side anti-governance officers who are good for nothing except cursing the Prime Minister and the government.
Unfortunately, not very long ago, India has already earned the wrath of the Independent Permanent Human Rights Commission (IPHRC), an expert body with advisory capacity managed by the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). It got registered its displeasure with India. Princess Hend Al Qassimi, a member of a royal family in the UAE, gave an interview to several Indian media houses and platforms in which she disparaged the Indo-Arab relationship, and it was an Indian channel (NDTV) only that gave her leeway.
To add to the travails of India was also the bogey of Islamophobia by those non-Muslim brethren, who, on account of the criminal negligence on the part of the Tablighi Jamat members, many of whom were Covid-19 positive. Some zealous ones misused the social media for misrepresenting the Muslims that they were Corona spreaders. The entire Muslim community cannot be reprimanded for spreading the deadly disease. This boomeranged, and the excellent work done by Prime Minister, Modi was destroyed by these people. Right that the Jamatis were perpetrators, but for that, the entire Muslim community should not have been targeted.
The truth is that almost all the Indian Muslims are the lovers of the land as Maulana Azad called it Dar-ul-Aman (land of peace). Still, the problem is created by the so-called Muslim leaders, intellectuals and clerics who appear on the TV channels and spew venom against the government, BJP, RSS and discard Prime Minister, Modi. One is shocked to see a politician like a barrister cum MP, Asaduddin Owaisi, who, in one of the debates at Aajtak (with the author who took him to the task) in 2015, bragged, “Hindustan hamarey baap ka hei!” (India belongs to our father!). While they blow hot and cold, these braggarts forget that the result of their horrendous outpourings will not only vitiate the entire harmonious ambience but will close the doors of the Hindu community. Come what may, it is time that the Muslim card or the Hindu card is shed, and its place is taken by the India card.
This incidentally reminds me of a brilliant Muslim son of the soil, Comrade Aftab Ahmad Siddiqui, once known as the messiah of the railway workers and president Northern Railway Men’s Union who often told Muslims, “Tum Hindustan mein baap kitarah nahin reh saktey; haan betey aur bhai ki tarah zarur reh saktey ho!” (You can’t live in India, calling yourselves as its owner but you have to live here as sons and brothers). Siddiqui’s observation is bang on target as some Muslims still live in the ghetto mind-set that they are the present-day Mughals. He meant that one is those days and today, Modi, BJP, RSS and Vishwa Hindu Parishad are a reality.
An India viewer is shocked to see the television channels today hovering around the lumpen clerics of the Muslim community, who are certainly not the voice of sanity but insanity! It is owing to such obscurantist platforms pretending to represent Muslims that the Islam baiters have a field day. They dictate terms and espouse views on issues that extend from the public domain of Indian Muslims to the privacy of their bedroom. They are wise and venerable men but their physical appearance on television and in newspapers confirm the unjust prejudices against the majority community. Stoke, a controversy involving Indian Muslims and the usual suspects, start emerging from the dark and infested woodwork of the city or its so-called keeper of the faith — AIMPLB (Muslim Personal Law Board).
Let the author also clear that the way these obfuscating civil servants have vitiated the otherwise a very cordial Hindu-Muslim ambience, is not going to work to their design of dividing India once again though such people have left no effort to turn India into a “tukde-tukde” map as all the people belonging to different faiths in India have gelled very well like sugar and milk.
What they fail to comprehend is that the government needs a kiss of life from all its countrymen to assist it against the virus but all in vain. No matter, the Covid-19 virus will be sanitised but who will sanitise the minds of India-haters and baiters?
All these ex-civil servants must go through the communally harmonious and firmly cemented bond of interfaith concord of the Hindus and Muslims of India. The paradigm of India has been that an equal number of Hindus visits the Chishti dargahs (shrines), Mira Bai festival is celebrated by Muslims in Rajasthan and other parts of India. Durga Puja idols and Kali Puja pandals (canopies) are made by Muslim artisans while Eid celebrated in West Bengal by Bengalis and Muslims celebrate Durga Puja. At the same time, Meena Kumari, Waheeda Rehman, Nergis, Mumtaz etc. played the role of Hindu wife with sindoor (symbol of the wedding), and Urdu ghazals (poetry)of Ghalib, Mir, Momin, Zauq, Iqbal, Faiz and Faraz are relished by all Indians. Who hasn’t enjoyed Mohammed Rafi’s bhajans (Vedic chanting) and Begum Akhtar’s thumri (musical composition) at temples are a treat tow listen.If Shivaji’s military commander was Allahabad Khan, a Muslim, Aurangzeb’s commander was a Hindu Maratha — Appa Gangadhar (in whose memory had been built Appa Gangadhar Mandir or Gauri Shankar Mandir at Delhi’s Chandni Chowk). On the occasion of Ram Navmi procession from Poddareswar Mandir while on the way for years is greeted by a group of maulvis. Finally, take the film Haqeeqat (Reality), starring Dharmendra and Priya Rajvansh. The music was by Madan Mohan, the singer, Mohammed Rafi. KaifiAzmi’s words: “Kar chale hum fida jaan-o-tan saathiyon/ Ab tumhare hawale vatan saathiyon/ Kat gaye sar hamare toh kuch gham nahi/ Sar Himalay ka humne na jhukne diya”.
Off the record, some of these have also been vitiating the atmosphere as has been done by Arundhati Roy that the nexus between the mainstream media and the government has strengthened under this regime, a Hindu-Muslim divide that may be a harbinger of the genocide of Muslims in future. Shame on her!
Let the author take leave by quoting a beautiful couplet from the celebrated Urdu poet, Afzal Manglori, “Koi mushkil nahin hei Hindu ya Musalman hona/ Haan badi baat hei is daur mein insaan hona!” (There is no problem for being a Hindu or Muslim/ What matter is to follow the humanity paradigm).

The day Indian Muslims complain to the Arab and Muslim world about the hate campaigns across the country, there will be an avalanche for Hindutva bigots, he said.
Zafarul Islam Khan, took to Facebook, to share a provocative post to thank Kuwait for "standing with the Indian Muslims" and attacked Hindus by referring to them as "Hindutva bigots".
He further said in his post that the “bigots forgot that Indian Muslims enjoy huge goodwill in the eyes of the Arab and Muslim world” for their services over centuries to Islamic causes, excellence in Islamic and Arabic scholarship, cultural and civilisational gifts to world heritage.
The Hinduphobic post of Islam Khan comes amidst reports that Kuwait had expressed concern regarding the alleged persecution of Muslims in India amidst coronavirus outbreak.
The Delhi Minority Commission chairman also applauded radical Islamist and terror sympathiser Zakir Naik in his post as he claimed people like Naik are respectful household names in the Arab region and Muslim world.
He also counted names like Shah Waliullah Dehlavi, Iqbal, Abul Hasan Nadwi, Wahiduddin Khan and Zakir Naik, who - according to him earned respect in the Arab world.

Delhi-based lawyer Prashant Umrao Patel has filed an FIR against Zafarul Islam Khan for his social media post.
Prashant informed Organiser that the action of Zafarul comes under sedition and waging war against Government of India. His Facebook post is an attack on sovereignty of India and promoting enmity between different groups on the grounds of religion and doing acts prejudicial to maintenance of harmony.
FIR against Zafarul registered under section 121, 124A, 153A, 506 of Indian Penalty Code 1860 and under section 66F of Information Technology Act, 2000 with other relevant sections which you deem fit.
Zafarul Islam was against the arrest of Muslim rioters involved in anti-Hindu Delhi riots
Earlier on Aril 3, the Delhi Minorities Commission Chairman has issued notice to the Commissioner of Police seeking proper action over "random arrests" of the youth in connection with the anti-Hindu Delhi riots in which over 50 people had died.
The notice asked the Delhi commissioner of police to instruct the ground staff to desist from "random" picking up of the youth in north-east as arrests must only be made when there is clear evidence about someone's involvement in the Delhi riots.
The notice further said that once lockdown is lifted and conditions return to normal, "we will take a closer look at these arrests".

He was the Chief Editor of The Milli Gazette from its inception in January 2000 to December 2016 and has been the President for three terms of the All India Muslim Majlis-e-Mushawarat, the umbrella body of Indian Muslim organisations. From 6.30 to 6.40 evening the nation will pray for early relief from Corona, to boycott Chinese products and services and for embracing Swadeshi.
The globe is engulfed by a virus called Covid 19, also known as China Virus and rightly so. The virus had its origins in the Wuhan province of China and begun as early as December, 19. But the world had come to know of it only during late January and early February, 20. It took two months to pierce the Great Wall of China but the humanity is paying a very high price. Several nations are getting ready to drag China to International Court of Justice demanding trillions of dollars in compensation. There are serious charges against the Chief of the World Health Organisation accusing him of playing to the tune of China and the U.S., has indicated its intention to stop financial support. The number of persons inflicted by the disease is in lakhs and those died are in several thousands outside India.
The virus has entered our country also but the number of affected persons are in thousands while the number of persons succumbed is in hundreds only. Due to early warning signals, the Honorable Prime Minister, after preparing the nation through a 14 hour Janata Curfew, imposed a national lockdown, initially for a period of 21 days and extended it by another 19 days. This bold measure helped to contain the spread of the virus and succeeded to a large extent. The entire nation stood as one man behind the Prime Minister.
On the positive side, the virus imparted a BEHAVIOURAL STIMULUS on the people. It has brought several of our traditional practises back. Saying Namaste instead of handshake, giving out the habit of embracing and maintaining a safe distance, adoption of hygienic habits in day to day to life like washing hands etc. It has also generated a lot of interest, particularly in the post 90 generation towards our traditional food habits instead of Pizzas etc., The youth started looking up to our age old treasure of Pranayama, Yoga (popularised through the globe by our P.M.) and meditation. There are one line discourses teaching Indian Management Thoughts and the spiritual Gurus have become modern day counselors.
The nation witnessed the services rendered by our Swadeshi retail traders in reaching out to the people with essential supply of Foodgrains, Medicines and vegetables braving Carona. The civil society rose in unison and rendered yeoman service by reaching out to the needy for their needs. The nation understood the value of these people.
In matter of days our entrepreneurs came out with dozens and dozens of new innovations. New low cost perfect ventilator from Coimbatore and many other areas, offer to produce and supply millions of PPE equipments from Tirupur are among them. A Belgaum based company, called VEGA with technology from DRDO has begun kiosks for sample collection. These are like telephone booths where the patient is inside and the doctor is outside. Not only from India but International enquiries are flooding the company. Pune based RAKSHA Polycoats, has begun manufacturing isolation chambers. This type of innovations are growing in hundreds every day. When Railways converted the ac coaches to moving hospital wards, the world was astonished. This is what we call Swadeshi Spirit.
Indian pharma Industry supplied medicines to about 60 countries in matter of days and endeared itself to the whole world. Seeds for gaining the Status of the Medical factory of the world are sown. Conspiracy or no conspiracy, there is anti China mood both within India and outside. The Indian Industry has realised the dangers of doing business with China. There will be strenuous efforts to restrict imports from China. This will strengthen our manufacturing creating lakhs and lakhs of employment.
#While industry will take steps to reduce Chinese import, consumers will boycott everything that is Chinese from mobiles to washing machines to electrical goods. This is the mood the nation.

Internationally disruptions to global supply chain has begun and thousands of companies are getting ready to leave China and enter India. Bharat should align with the like minded nations to capture the space going to be vacated by China internationally.
